The hands down worst dealership on the planet. Rude, uneducated sales staff. I drove up and before I finished parking some Slime Sleaze Sales Man was knocking on my window, for real................ The worst of the worst I would never ever recommend buying a piece of gum let alone a car from this company. For one, I bought a car through the in house finance due to me being young with little to no credit. Im am so pissed off ....purchase an altima from them.I pay extra every month for extended warrenty..my ac went out and know they want me to leave them car the only one i have for 3 days and not give me a loaner and making me pay fir my rental and no remburstment....so wat ur saying is *** me ..ur on your own ....really.....service personal have no PR what so ever rude ....

I purchased a car a few months ago ,when it was time to have my car service I took it to the Irving location and had some work done. But my shift knob was broken at the time i purchased the car. Clay Cooley VW in Richardson will run your credit as many times as they need to in order to get a rate without your authorization. You can tell them "only run my credit once please", and they will ignore your request. They do this to get that bonus of a few hundred dollars to give you financing! DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT HISTORY for 2 YEARS. Also they don't return your calls when you reach out to them... Read more

Horrible experience, had my new car for 3 weeks when they called and said I need to return it because my payroll check wasnt right. This company is crooked!!!!

My 77 year old Father-in-law bout a 2013 Ford Focus a month ago. His payment is $555. How is he supposed to pay that + insurance of $256? All he has is $1046 a month income. They took advantage of a elderly counfused man. Shame on you!

Avoid this dealership. If you choose to go there, like I did, make sure you see in writing everything you agreed upon. When you see a car that says NO WARRANTY yet, it is a new vehicle, they want you to purchase extended warranty. They of course want all purchases buy the extended warranty for approximately $1800.00. Went in for brake service at 8am did not leave until 12 noon. Had to chase down someone for update on progress, put on hold. I was told my car was test driven by a runner/ non service tech person. Why would you allow an inexperienced person test drive any car who is not qualified to even work on the car? How can he even report back accurately the issues?
