First of all, I NEVER write reviews. However, I felt compelled to after the experience I had with Clay Cooley Nissan last Saturday. I shouldn't have even given them one star. I applied for financing through Clay Cooley's Fresh Start program. My credit isn't horrible, but it isn't the best either. So, I read up on this and figured it be the way to go. Car dealerships always say they will pay you a referral if you recommended someone to buy a car. Clay Cooley arlington does not at least saleman Jose is not a man of his word.They have lost me as a customer.Derrick Hinkle former customer

They told me my car had heated seats and Nissan's version of OnStar. They showed me my car, since they had to pull it from a gravel lot, then sold me a different one that didn't have the features they said it did. This is called a "Bait and Switch". I went back to ask for my trade in back, and they refused to let me out of the vehicle.

All that advertising featuring his sons...then reality hits when you get to the dealership. Very poor service and a service rep (Chris) who was "training" a new rep by taking over the new Guy's job! Also, the referenced "trainer" LOVES to say NO!!! Thought I'd give their Lemmon Avenue location a try. Mistake I won't make again!

In my opinion, Clay Cooley's Volkswagon dealership was the worst experience of my life buying a car and I have bought many....I have absolutely no respect for Clay Cooley to allow his dealerships to conduct business in the manner I experienced. I tried to contact Mr. Cooley myself, but found out real quick he does not provide that service because he does not want to deal with the consumers that make him a wealthy man. Pre Owned salesmen lied about down payment and vehicle selection. I came 3 days before vehicle purchase high carnote and GPS sensor on Pre Own cars so payment center can turn car off for late payments.

Spent 6 hours at dealership, I have a Cadilac to trade in , I owe 20.000 on caddy but it's falling apart, Salesman tells me he can get me into New car, then tells me to voluntarily turn in my Cadillac and it won't hurt my credit that much, as I'm sitting there, I Google voluntary repo, and I find out that is the worst possible thing you can do, after I have been working on my credit for the past two years.
