I was trying to call the Finance Dept Several days in a row and no one would answer my call just the lady in the front would direct my call to the finance dept., but the phone would just ring and ring, there was no leave a voice message or anything. I'm very disappointed with Clay Cooley, bad business.

I think customer service plays a big role in a company as big as Clay Cooley they should value there customers concerns and try and work them out they go a long way with the customer and the sales person. I don't think ill buy another vehicle from this place.

This Service Company is a suck really freaking suck. They sold me a Damm Warranty that I don need and they even lied to me the day of the purchase. I would not advise anybody to go to this Dealership for anything.
