I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from Clay Cooley Austin. It was absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had, complete with zombie salesmen literally following our car into the parking lot and practically opening our doors for us, "options" that were not optional, and overcharging for stuff I never even wanted.

I got up to leave 3 times I was so unimpressed, but my wife was sick of car shopping and just wanted to close the deal - which easily took 3+ hours. We were "sold" glass etching - even though I told them 3 times I didn't want it, charged on two different lines of the invoice for it , and it was never even applied to our glass! To be fair I got a refund for the whole thing - but not without a lot of pushing. I just spent the last hour trying to get a human being on the phone from their service department.

I should have saw that coming since the only way to make an appointment was online - all calls went unanswered. Trying to get the status of my recall service I got bounced from one answering machine to another, most of which could not record a message since they were full! They were to have call ME when it was done.

Never got the call. Not surprised.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
