Clay Cooley Customer Care Review

All that advertising featuring his sons...then reality hits when you get to the dealership. Very poor service and a service rep (Chris) who was "training" a new rep by taking over the new Guy's job! Also, the referenced "trainer" LOVES to say NO!!! Thought I'd give their Lemmon Avenue location a try. Mistake I won't make again!

Another young lady was in the window and claimed that the representative we asked for did not meet with us because he DID NOT perform the work on the car!!!! Really???? The manager then came out and had someone look at the car; cleaned off some oil and told us to bring it back in a few days. My grandson has been back up there twice and has yet to see either the man who worked on his car or the manager. DO NOT (REPEAT) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
