I brought my car in for Oil change and repair of two tire, they claim there wasn’t nothing wrong with one of the tires but the light was always on saying need air. When I put air in the tire the light would go off, this has been going on for 4 months.

When I my car back they try to tell me it was the road, so about 4 months later I found out there was a recall on the motor mounts, so when I took the car back for the recall I told them about the same tire. They claim they packed the tire and the next day the light came back on. Kno mine you while the car was at Clay Cooley Nissan, they told me the wait time was 4 hours I had a 8am appointment. I never heard from them all day, I call about 3 o’clock because I had to pick my son and my grandson up from school and work and they told me it will be ready at 5 pm.

About 4:00 I received a call asking me how was my service at Clay Cooley I ask her what do you mean, she ask me was my car in the service Dept today? I told her it still was and I was told it would not be ready until 5 o’clock and put me on a bri f hold and came back and apologize. So I called back about 5 and they told m it will be really tomorrow, I admittedly got upset and told her this is my only transportation and I’ve been giving the run around all day. I spoke to the manager and sh said she would check and see what the problem is and get back with me, she call me back to inform me that they was still working on the car and if my insurance would approve they can put me in a rental car until my car is finish.

While talking to her I received a call from Robert at Clay Cooley saying my car is ready for pick up and how did I won’t to pay for the oil change and the patch for the tire, I informed him I don’t see how the car if ready and I was told it won’t be ready until tomorrow and that I was talking to the manager on the other line tell me, my car was still being worked on and want be ready until tomorrow. He informed me he didn’t know who I was talking to but the car is ready how did I want to pay. I told him to hold on I went back to the other line and told the manager Robert is on the other line tell me my car is ready and how did I want to pay.

She said I didn’t go down there I was just trying to get you a rental for the inconvenience, Robert hung up the phone but call right back I told him I don’t think they even worked on the car and I wasn’t going to pay and that I have a warrant on the car. Long story short the dropped off my car and I didn’t sign any paperwork and I light is still on saying need air
